Job Summary
·
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for answering
incoming calls; forward callers to appropriate employees and escalate complaints.

essential in customer service

Qualifications
and Experience
·
Minimum OND, ND, NCE, BSc/HND required in any field
·
Applicant must be fluent in English and any of Nigerian
3 major languages; Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo
·
Computer skills including the ability to operate
word-processing programs at a basic proficient level. Proper training is
available.

Working Situation:
v 8
hours (Full - Time) & 5 hours (Part - Time) working hours
v Standing
medical service with standard hospitals. Almost free.
v 2
days work off for Full – Time and 1 day work off for Part – Time
v 1
hour break for Full – Time and 30 minutes break for Part – Time per shift.
v Leave
and medical leave available
Salary:
Attractive
salary with add-on
Ø Full
– Time N40,000 and above
Ø Part
– Time N25,000 and above
Training fee is also paid at the end of the training even in occasions were
applicant is not employed or wish not to continue with the work
Salary is paid 25th of every month
